Just 4 sleeps to go before Jesus Brings Moore!
I do hope you’re excited about the 26 partners in bringing Jesus to our community whom God is bringing to us for the week.
1) Get to know our Jesus Brings Moore Partners
Please be at one of our services this Sunday – a team member will be preaching on ‘Jesus brings hope to the broken’ and we’ll get to know some of them better.
Please come to our Jesus Brings Moore Welcome Lunch for the team and all our congregations from 12pm at the hall. We’ll get to know more members of the team, hear about the opportunities this week will bring, and pray together. Children are very welcome. BYO meat to BBQ and something to share.
2) Partner in bringing Jesus to our community by getting equipped and motivated for mission
For men:
Jesus brings true mateship Wednesday 26th 6:30-8:30pm in the church hall
Pizza and encouragement from other men for connecting with outsiders
For teenagers:

For over 50s:

Afternoon tea with a reflection on ‘learning from the wise’
4) Partner in bringing Jesus to our community by going
The team will be knocking on doors throughout the suburban areas of the community to invite people to events and to talk about Jesus with those who are interested. It would be great to have someone who lives locally with each team member. This is a great opportunity to give this a go – since the team member can do all the talking, and it is likely to be far less scary than you probably think. Why not give it a try?
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Meet at the church hall at 2:30pm for prayer, go out in pairs and return by 5pm for a chat and prayer.
If you’re interested but would prefer a different time – please let me know.
5) Partner in bringing Jesus to our community by praying
Join the team to pray on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for half an hour at 8:30am in the church hall.
Please be praying for us, for the team and for the events above. Plus there are lots of other things happening you can pray for:
Easter assemblies: Monday – Grose View from 11:35am, Wednesday – Kurrajong from 9:10am.
Richmond Chesalon Nursing Home church service: Wednesday 11am
Neighbourhood Devonshire tea and answering questions at John Tebbutt Pl Richmond: Tuesday 10am.
Kuyper Christian school recess and lunch groups: Wednesday and Friday.
Women’s bible study: Friday 9:30-11:30am
‘Just moved’ visits to new residents: Saturday afternoon

I thank God for your partnership in the Gospel
Shaun
